Project Details:
Phase 1 of this multi-phase commercial development is currently underway and includes the ground-up construction of the first three buildings at the future Aubrey Stallion Business Park. Our team is serving as general contractor, overseeing all site preparation and foundational infrastructure.
Work to date has included clearing, excavation, retention pond grading, and mass pad prep across the building sites. Underground utilities—including 8” fire lines, domestic water, electrical conduits, and storm drain systems—are being installed in coordination with local agencies and inspectors.
Retaining walls are being constructed, building pads are being proofed and treated, and formwork is starting in preparation for concrete. Despite frequent rain delays, progress continues with strong coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
Once Phase 1 is complete, the site will be fully prepped for vertical construction of the first three buildings, with future phases to follow.
